Returns & Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will happily exchange or offer store credit for an item returned in it's original condition (all packaging, tags, boxes still in tact) within 14 days of purchase (excluding sale items and earrings). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange or store credit.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, unless they are faulty. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.There is also no change of mind exchanges for sale items.
To return a product bought online, pelase contact us at email@example.com and further details will be provided to post the returned item back to us.
Any exchanges for online purchases will incur further postage fees and you are responsible for the cost of postage for returning the item. Online purchases can be returned in-store to save on postage fees, however this needs to be confirmed over email before hand or the exchange will not be accepted.
If you received a faulty item, please contact us at Info@thejonesgirls.com.au with photos of the fault and a copy of the proof of purchase. Upon assessment of the item by the supplier, we will arrange either a refund, replacement or credit note on their advice.
